Hey friends! It’s June already and that means BBQs, summer parties, vacations, etc. It can be easy to fall off your workout routines. Not to worry! Today starts the Running Junky Summer Daily Mile June Challenge. This will keep you motivated to stay in shape for that vacation, high school reunion, swimsuit, wedding, whatever you have coming up this summer. All you have to do is walk/run/cycle/hike at least a mile each day for the whole month of June. That’s 30 days!! All fitness levels welcome. You CAN do this! Can you do more? Of course!!
